It has been a year or so that I have changed what I eat, there are times that I have sinned and went for a big chunk of Cheese Cake or french fries when I was out with my group of friends but over all I'm doing great. I love salty snacks, popcorn, sweet potato chips etc and sometimes it's hard to find something that is delicious and healthy at the same time.
