What's cooking? Shrimp!

For tonight's dinner I made a kids and a grown up version. Let me start with the grown peeps, I wrapped the prosciutto around the shrimps, added caramelized mangoes, red peppers, pine nuts, onions, Gorgonzola on  a bed of greens with balsamic vinaigrette.
For the kids I added fresh basil , shrimp , diced prosciutto, red pepper, onion, baby spinach to a pesto sauce and they had it with thin spaghetti.
