Remembering..........

Remembering this special Man (grandfather of my friends) while being sick decided to drive 2 hours to come and meet while on vacation in Holland I will never forget how super sweet that was.

You will be missed Opa Benny.

Exactly 2 years ago is when I wore this. I will not be able to take picture inside cause right now it is a big a mess, I am getting new floors and of course they have to rip the old wooden floor and carpet out. So bear with me do not leave I am begging you ("big smile") I will be back next week after I get every thing back to place. But for now this picture, it is nice and sunny today here in the ATL 74 degrees, flowers are in bloom, it feels like Spring.

What I made: Apple Green bracelet.

This is a custom order I finished yesterday, I had something similar in my Etsy shop but the client wanted a green version. I love the finished look of this bracelet, hand crochet on illusion cord.

What's cooking? Shrimp!

For tonight's dinner I made a kids and a grown up version. Let me start with the grown peeps, I wrapped the prosciutto around the shrimps, added caramelized mangoes, red peppers, pine nuts, onions, Gorgonzola on a bed of greens with balsamic vinaigrette.

For the kids I added fresh basil , shrimp , diced prosciutto, red pepper, onion, baby spinach to a pesto sauce and they had it with thin spaghetti.
