Georgia finally gets snow. Friday's snow

Kids making snowman and  playing in the snow with a friend. They had fun and went through 3 changes of clothes.

 

Me and Joyce had to take pics of the fun we had too. We haven't had snow like this since I moved here from Connecticut in 2001. I mean we played outside with the kids like it was our first time seeing snow.Our neighbors joined and we had a huge snowball fight, causing me to eat quite some snow that was shoved in my mouth during all this ordeal:)

Friday Celebration : before the snow

Today it's my friend Raquel's bday, and we met to celebrate it at a Local bakery where we had delicious freshly made beignets. Raquel happy birthday I am happy that we are friends, I am thankful for you being there for me , for you making me smile and for being such an amazing person. I love being playful with my kids and some of my friends, the ones who can tolerate my silliness. Even though it is a cold day, the sun was shinning just right. Time to take some pictures, this playground comes in handy. My kids have played here a lot growing u , we do not do this enough anymore though,  they rather be on ther bikes going up an down on the street with their friends.

Meet Joyce one the friends that will  join in on the silliness with me. We spent a lot of time together, wheter it is grabbing a tuna sandwich for lunch at our favorite spot or  a hut cup of tea at Starbucks  and we both enjoy Zumba, if you ever here a singing coming from out of Publix that could be us we sing everywhere where they play music, we will tap our feet to the beat,  not loud though but loud enough to be noticed us.It is our way to say be happy, be playful sometimes, I think other might perceive it as childish, well it is the child in us.

Lookbook: Affliction Wardrobe!!!

Do you recall me mentioning about winning with a look on the Luckystylespotter back in December? The prize was a wardrobe from Affliction. My package arrived yesterday. I had to give them my size and they choose these for me, a leather jacket, a maxi dress, a ruffled top, a skinny jeans, another black skinny jeans and a black and grey scarf. I know I want to keep one of the jeans and the leather jacket (super soft wrinkled lamb leather) I would love to sell the other pieces, cause I know I would not were them nothing against the brand it is just I know they would stay in my closet and not see the light of the day. Sunday, ooh happy Sunday

I have been in the US for almost 12 years, in all those years I have never seen one football game, I am a huge soccer fan and baseball fan though. But American football I never really quite understood the game, well it is changing tonight I am going to watch a game on the Tv of course for the first time. I guess it is just seeing lots people buying stuff the other day at the grocery store made me kinda wonder about the game. This is what I wore today. Have a great evening guys.
