Staying Stylish in the Cold weather!

This is something I wore during the week but never got I chance to post it. I am trying to stay stylish even in the cold, but next time I will wear a coat cause I was complaining every time I got out of the car.

I do not own a red dress, so I decided to wear my bright red skirt instead.

It's my daughter's birthday today, so it is ok to brag about her today.... she is full of energy, talented, smart, creative, beautiful awesome, caring, loving and more. On my Inspiration board: Almost spring a combination of soft colors.

What I wore : bleu et vert

Blue and Green together reminds me of the beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. This was an impulse buy, this dress has been in the closet for long and today was the first time I worn it. I had to belt it to give it a bit of a waist definition. Paired with black tights and boots to finish the look I was going for .
A hat works wonders when I   have no time to straighten my hair. Now I am ready to go shopping, my daughter's birthday is this Thursday and I am trying to get her the perfect present.

My Etsy finds: My favorite handmade pieces for Monday!

I am always on Etsy , listing, reading their blog, drooling sometimes over things I want or just visiting forums. I love it when I stumble on gorgeous handmade pieces.

The color red throws a punch!



Recently I have been lacking on posting pictures of outfit, my mind has been a bit far away.  The thing is someone very close to me is facing surgery this week and it has been on my mind ever since we found out about this disease. I hope that down the road I can write more about it.  On the other hand I have been listing some of my creations on Etsy. The color red has been on my mind, so I decided to mix some of my coral beads with some other red beads I have found.......... I can't recall where I got them though.
I hand crochet them and this is the end result.
