Playing with my Pet Spider!

Yes look at me sporting  my little friend,"Flounder" my pet spider. He is the cutest thing ever!!!

Well that was a joke, .....I am afraid of spiders, but because I'm already in the mood for Halloween I borrowed this one from my decorations.

I have bought this skirt a couple of weeks ago and was planning to wear it to the Symphony, but I did not get tickets and no one invited me,  so I decided to wear it around the house just for this photo shoot. In reality I am wearing jeans and a plain black sweater.  I wish you a great weekend, we are expecting wonderful weather here in Georgia, lots of sun and blue skies.

I woke up this morning inspired to put my self to use, I decided to try out my easy accent decorator I purchased from Pampered Chef. I normally never bake but decided to give it a try, I think it came out pretty well.

Memories Suite Review and Give-Away!

I was asked to try out My Memories Suite a digital scrapbooking software  for free.My Memories Suite is rated # 1 by Amazon and Top Ten Reviews. Using this Software, My Memories scrapbooks, photobooks, cards, calendars and gifts without having  to buy complicated and expensive programs.
At first I was a bit in doubt if I would understand how to work with the software. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative to Photoshop and Photoshop elements this is something you definitely want to try out. I must say though that is does not have the same learning curve as PS/PSE. In the beginning I was a bit confused on how to use it but after I made my first layout I was hooked. I decided to use the pictures of my summer vacation for this particular project.

Let me explain what was a bit confusing to me,. The installment went fast , the menus were a bit hard to understand. You have one sidebar on each side of the work area and an icon bar above it.  I thought that they were the same.  You can insert photos and elements from all three of them. But the left sidebar is more like a browser, while the control panel sidebar on the right side lets you customize everything. Like shadows, adding titles and text, adding music, create videos and more.  Here is my first project, please scroll down for the give-away.

Playa del Camen Vacay!

One week with my best friend and sister in Playa del Carmen in words ....... only one alcoholic beverage, dance the night away, toast and fries at 4 am , playing statues with other guest, salsa and merengue lessons, making turkey noises, feeding banana to the fish, the animation team, moppie, Russian accent, laughing at people that were way too drunk,  Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, crazy dance moves, French people with lucha libre mask, killing a little gecko that was in our room, fondue, pool time, getting ready in the bathroom,  watching shows together, crying together,  having long talks about everything, taking random pictures, laughing out loud, the bartenders knowing what we want when we get to the bar, water and more water, dancing girls, explaining where I am from over and over, mango tango drink, horror show, being scared when walking back to our room at 4.30 in the morning, waking up at 11.15 am. Our vacation was priceless and  beyond amazing, it is something so special  that we will never forget, hopefully next year again Joyce.

My Etsy finds a touch of Asia.

I got back yesterday from a week vacation in Playa del Carmen Mexico with my best friend, it has been an amazing trip and I am pretty sure you will see a post about it this week.  I had no access to Internet, so  yesterday I spent doing laundry and catching up with the news. Today's post is inspired by the Ralph Lauren  fall collection  today we are taking a trip Far East. Have a great Tuesday guys.
