Do you see the glow or the excitement on my face?? I ran 4.5 miles this morning with my friend Joyce and then took a Zumba class that had us all sweating. I had to make up for all these days I have been snow stucked inside my home.

Zumba in the Living Room

We had no school for 4 days, actualy tomorrow there will be no school again because of the ice and snow. So I did not get to go to my Zumba classes nor go for my usual run. So today I decided to do Zumba in my living room. This is Danza Kuduro from Don Omar. Hope you like.

The story behind the traveling pants!

These pants are almost 5 year old, I got them in Amsterdam. I remember it was my little brother's wedding and I flew in from Atlanta, and enjoyed a week with my siblings and parents.

We took a a trip to the Albert Cuijp Market and I saw these, not expensive at all.  I love that I could tucked them in boots for winter and wear them with flip flops in the Summer.

When I got inside there was none left only the one on the mannequin so I asked the lady to please take it off the mannequin so I could try it on. I must have prayed very hard cause they fitted perfectly.

Today I decided to brave the cold for this picture, here I am a Caribbean Native standing without a jacket in a chilling 26 F, sorry Mom it took me only 4 takes to this. Next time I will wear long sleeves.

We had a Traditinal Dutch dish tonight for dinner,

Snow and Ice in Georgia!

This is the snow and ice we had yesterday, we had tons of fun outside, and took breaks where we took breaks sipping hot cocoa and made s'mores. The kids have been out of school for 2 days, and I am loving because I get to sleep in and be lazy the whole day. Tonight I am making "no butter chicken" I will try to snap some picutres. Until then.....
