I woke up this morning to the sound of  crashing waves and seagulls , the day has been been so far on the ok side, it is warming up nicely but still grey. Tomorrow weather is looking good, at least  that's what the weatherman has been saying. This is what I wore, in the back on the quad is my nephew Collin.

Kroket en Frietjes!

Everytime I am back in the Netherlands this is the first thing I eat , a plate of frietjes and Kroket.

I promised that I would take pictures of me packing but in the end I had to rush things. I have this thing that I have to wash my sheets , mop the floor so that when I get back everything is organized and looking nice.
Sometimes bad things can turn into good things. In the end we got upgraded to business class cause Delta gave our seats away. I never get to sleep on  planes cause I am always a nervous chicken, butt this time I think I slept cause I know I had a dream with numbers in it.

 I saw and snuggle the kids this morning , took a nap, had breakfast and now getting ready to eat some Frieten en Kroket (French fries an a Dutch snack).Here is a glimpse of my suitcase and the view from my room that is Vlissingen on the other side.

I bought these recently at Macy,  you can find something similar here. I have been  running around like a energizer bunny organizing everything, running errands everywhere getting ready for my trip. That's the reason I have put my blogging aside.

I can't wait to see my kids they have been in the Netherlands for like 3 weeks now,  this has been the longest they have been away from me. I have to say I had my so called blue days when I was sad and feeling down, and I  had to get some tissues cause the tears kept coming no I am not ashamed to say it.

One thing though I haven't start packing yet , I have to pack for Netherlands where the temperature has been in the 60's low 50's  remember this is  cold for me I am an island girl and I have to pack for Italy which is in the 70 and 80's I am hoping to try things on tomorrow  and see how I can use the same pieces over and over  I tend to pack  too many clothes more than I need at times well this time I am going for almost a month. Fingers crossed I can do this. I will try to snap some pictures of me packing:)
