Sunday's Lucky dessert.

Yesterday me, the hubby and the kids went out shopping we spent the whole day looking for khaki and navy shorts for the kids. We scored after we visited more than 7 stores. You might ask do the kids like this running around ? No they were not happy, we had to bribe them with Rita's ice cream. They never complain if they are in toy stores.

Today I am getting things ready for tomorrow morning , school is starting and I need to figure out what to do with all this free time. Later in the afternoon I am going to indulge in my favorite dessert...... no it is not chocolate it is my favorite magazine Lucky. Be sure to get your September issue.. it has ton's of giveaways, the best of fall fashion and also a smart shopping special.
Have a nice Sunday. I am so looking forward to Tuesday when I get to see the hand surgeon, hopefully the cast might off, I am saying "might" cause I do not want to set my hopes way too high like last time.

Lazy Friday.

Have a great Friday. It is going to be a busy one for me, lots of shopping here and there for the kids, school is starting Monday.Where did the summer vacay go? Today it is just simple clothes, I have been lounging in my house doing nothing. I am heading out to have dinner with the family.

A sliver of Rouge.

A sliver of red for a pop of color with this black, beige and brown ensemble. I am trying to match the color of my cast when I am picking out clothes.
I had my daughter's meet and greet at her new school today. We are almost ready for school.

Very busy today, I have been looking for a bridesmaid dress, and after many options, I bought not one but two one for me and my sister who is the same size.

Thank you Joyce for being so patient and drive me around, for taking pics and being a judge. Thank you God because after I lost hope, You had the perfect ones waiting for me.

Chocolate with a hint of Turqoise

In less than one hour it will be Wednesday but I still wanted to share what I wore today.
What did I do actually?..... I downloaded pics on my facebook, then went to the grocery store . My friend helped me cooked moro (it is a Dominican rice dish) .
After dinner we went to the pool, cause these day's it is was too hot during the day to lounge at the pool.

Blue and White Monday

Happy Monday ladies, I woke up a bit late this morning oopsie. I had planned to wake up early so I can train myself and the kids for school next week. I can't believe it that school is starting back already, the summer vacation surely went fast.
Things I did today: grocery store, and then hangout with my family and a friend at the pool.
I so wish I could swim, but I have to keep the cast dry. Tonight dinner is Salmon on cedar plank, mashed potatoes, sauteed green beans with a salad.
