Baby it's cold out there.

I do not want to complain, but today I think I wasn't properly dressed to battle the chill. I realize it when I got out of the car and mr. Cold wind greeted me with a chilly embrace. I did wear a jacket but that did not help. Next time I will be checking weather.com before I leave the house.

The reason why I did not post any outfits these couple of days cause I have been busy. I am having a jewelry event at my house in a couple of days, so in order for things to go smooth, I carry a notepad of things that needs to get done before that date. I have completed most of the things on my list, I have all my jewelry already on display, and I'm still in the process to add more pieces daily. These things have kept me busy. I went Christmas shopping with my friend J, but did not  succeed at all cause I forgot the list my daughter has made. She wrote specific stuff she wanted on the list and I could not remember any details.

The hubby was so nice to cook for us these days, we went to the Mall yesterday.... I did not shop for myself a couple of more days and I am free to shop.  We celebrated Sinterklaas (St. Nick) yesterday with the kids,  I got them a game board and each got the newest Wimpy kid book.

Today I am planning to work on new jewelry cause next week I am having a jewelry event at my house. I needed an outfit that is comfy but still stylish, I feel my best when I am dressed to go. Nothing against the ones that rather create gorgeous things in their pj's.

These are some of the cool stuff that I have on my Christmas wish list. These are all on Etsy. I love handmade. I have been running like a crazy chicken with my friend J, doing errands. I got to help her pick an outfit for a Christmas party. In the evening I helped my neighbor J. pick out something for a Cocktail Party.

Yes I wore the same combination with black and boots for the second outfit.  This time I wore this purple/pink and burgundy fringe scarf  with it the top is a bit simple and in need of some spice.

What do you think?? When I asked my friend Joyce to take pictures this morning she said, you blend with the colors of your house. I thought that was funny. I picked this out cause I saw it was rainy and grey outside, so the moment I stepped out I thought Oh my.... why is it so hot?? It was 66 degrees, I do not get this weather. I am not complaining , the only thing is I am wishing for some sun though.

Bracing the cold in a stylish way!

This is yesterday's outfit. So when I walked out yesterday I kinda wished I wore something else cause it was way cold. But I decided to brace the cold anyways. So thankful I wore my loopy scarf, is that the right word?
This is outfit nr. 22. I am so amazed at my creativity of remixing pieces and still feeling good while wearing them And the do not buy thing is actually a good thing too, I am almost there:)
