Orange and Navy.

I normally have a Wednesday Words that inspire post, but if you follow me in some way you might have noticed that I have switched things up , so today I am just posting picture of what I wore. Yesterday was a day spent at the Dr ad then at the ER with my oldest one, she is still hanging in there, I hate it when my kids are sick I feel so helpless. 
Today so far has been better, I am cooking dinner right now and then getting ready to go see the musical Wicked.

My Etsy finds: the color Pumpkin Orange!

With my favorite season just started to kick in, I have been looking around for the perfect pumpkins to decorate inside and outside. Yesterday I bought a little pumpkin that is going to be part of my pumpkin pancakes, one my favorite memories of the island of Curacao is to head out to the Market where they sell local food, I always end up buying some yummy pumpkin pancakes for dessert.

My 2nd Favorite Season: Fall

Fall means to me , State Fair, Candy apples, Apple cider, the gorgeous colors of the leaves, sitting outside and sipping tea with my best friend, running in the leaves,  apple picking with family and friends, choosing a pumpkin, decorating the house, roasting chestnuts, baking pumpkin bread and more fun activities. These are pictures I took last year, I can't wait this year to go out and take some cool pictures.

This Infinity Scarf gives the outfit a little oomph.

A scarf  can be a simple piece of fabric worn around your neck , head , waist for warmth, fashion or for religious reasons. I have many scarves if you would took a peek in my closet you might say that I collect scarves. Whenever I am traveling I try to bring back a scarf as a reminder of the places I visit I should call it souvenir. I get them often as a  gift too. This one was brought back from Holland by my friend Joyce she had the special help of a friend in choosing this beautiful bright pink infinity scarf for me.  This black outfit needed a little oomph, and that is exactly what this scarf does to this outfit. It adds that pop of color to an otherwise a bit boring plain black outfit I might say.
I wore this to the Dr. to check out my toe and also stomach bug that kept me awake and shivering the whole night. Next time I will not choose Wendy's even though I am craving it........ I will take a super green juice.
