Weekend Recap: Albertus Swanepoel for Target

My weekend so far, crochet a scarf for my daughter in a Vintage Teal color, watch a movie , had the best pancakes ever which my mom made for me and the kids, ordered some birthday presents on Etsy as treat for myself, bought a hat at Target  for the Albertus Swanepoel for Target collection all them are $20. The one I bought I kinda tweaked it and made it my own, bought some feathers at Hobby Lobby and pinned it on the hat. I love all them, do you have a favorite?

Wednesday look: Inspired by the Peacock

How are you guys doing? I hope you are enjoying your day wherever you may be. I just finished eating dinner and after blogging I am getting the kids ready for bed , school is starting back tomorrow no sleeping in for me anymore:(

I got this dress at Target last year but this is the first time I am wearing it, I think cause I did not know what to wear with it. I am  wearing it this time with black tights and a black belt, just very safe I think.  I wonder if you guys could help me out by telling me how you would style this dress so I can take notes and try them out next time.  I had these earrings for a long time they were longer but I cut them just a bit shorter and I find that at this size they really work for me.
