April Inspiration Board

This is on my wish list for the month of April . I am on the lookout for some similar pieces that I can wear when it gets warmer here in Georgia and also later for a special happening in the Caribbean. I really do not get the weather in Georgia it has been raining the whole afternoon into the evening. Yesterday we got back from Florida and my porch was covered in yellow dust. Next week I am planning to clean it up and maybe start gardening before my sister arrives, she is coming for a week to go shop for a wedding dress, if any of you lovely ladies are familiar with a bridal store could you let me know.

Florida Vacation part 3

So on the cold days, we stayed in bed and took time eating breakfast, went shopping at the Prime Outlets. There is a picture of the kids waiting on us outside the store, by now they figure it out to sit there and read or play Brain age till we are done. On the last day we took them to all the water rides, they had a blast as you can see well .... one had a blast the other one was not so happy about being wet. We are back to real life now , hope you enjoy these pictures. Have a great weekend, wherever you are.

Florida Vacation part 2

Here are some more pics of us at Universal, there is one ride that I have the courage to try and that is the kids roller coaster. (LOL) I have no fear there. We had beautiful weather with the exception of Tuesday and Wednesday been a bit chilly in the morning. But that was a great excuse for us to go shop and play some mini golf. I remember when we came to the US I would say it differently, I would call it midget golf and nobody understood. That's how we call it in Holland.

Florida Vacation part 1

We are back from our spring break trip in Florida.
I so missed reading all my favorite blogs , so for now I am relaxing and catching up on all those inspiring blogs. We had a busy vacation, this year we did not go to Disney, we got to go Universal Studios. We have been going to Disney every year since our daughter was a tiny toddler, so for now Disney is on a hold. Excuse my low quality pictures, I did not bring my Rebel XTi with me but a smaller camera which really came in handy. We stayed at the JW Marriot and had a nice view of the pool and golf course, in the evening we were treated to gorgeous sunsets.
I am really proud of our daughter cause she tried the Hulk, I must confess that I have a fear of roller coaster if there is such a fear. I encourage my children to try these things, cause I so wish I was not a chicken to try them out, I do not want them to miss out .
Hopefully one day, yes ONE DAY, I might have the courage to try. I did try the birds that fly , and I know I was the only one screaming through the whole thing, while both kids are going weeeeeee.We tried lots of different things for lunch and dinner, and my favorite was Chalos it is Colombian and I normally never eat hot dogs but theirs were loaded with crazy stuff like banana chips and pineapple. They had some awesome arepas with cheas too. I am so going to Zumba next week. Now off to upload more pics.

This is what I wore running around, I went to the Mall today to get some clothes for our vacation. I found more for the kids than me. I did get something 2 drawstring linen pants, and 2 bracelets for my self. I am looking forward to visit some cool outlets this coming week.

Sneak Peak of what I bought

Yesterday I bought a brown and white skirt with designs of flowers, I will put it to use while on vacation. And the beads are pearls in different shapes and sizes with some ab crystals, I am putting a special necklace together for a bride to be. She wanted a light turquoise color with the pearls so for now I am playing with them, will post when I have it ready.
