Meet my new baby.

The reason I had to take a little time off of blogging was that I was busy making a collection of scarves for my Etsy shop. Since I have been making scarves I had many people tell me I should sell them so 3 weeks ago I had a show at friends house and the scarves were a hit. So starting today you can purchase your scarf or cowl in my Etsy shop under the same name, Farrielledesign.
I called my scarf collection Felici which is part of my middle name but also means Happy in Italian.
So what are you waiting for check my cool scarves Felici by Farrielle here ..... and now to continue listing the scarves.

Photography: Homecoming 2013

I have been under the weather lately, I don't know what it was but I will call it a case of sniffles, my nose, teary eyes and a lot of sneezing made it impossible for me to blog.
I just wanted to share with you pictures I took from last week homecoming. I promised my daughter I would take pictures of her and her friends but in the end the others couldn't make it.
I decided to play around with the camera and these two gorgeous girls , they were easy to work with.

What's cooking? Papas Duquesas.

Papas Duquesas  or Fried Potato Puff balls one word Addictive. I made these for my daughter's school projects. She chose Chile and had to bring a dish to share with the other students.
Very easy to make , but next time I am going it to season it my way and I already have a dipping sauce idea I want to create that will compliment this yummy snack. Mine came out a bit coarser than the recipe on Pinterest but I like it that way:)
I found this recipe on Pinterest, read it here

Lace and Boyfriend jeans.

I can't say that I love boyfriend jeans, I do not hate them either but when I wear them I feel like everybody notices my adorable skinny ankles. So for the Style Me Friday Link Up at Fashionista Next door  I just cuffed my jeans a couple of times so it is far away from my skinny ankles.
I paired it with a black top and layered it with a lace jackets. The mornings are a bit cool but in the afternoon it warms up so much that I am happy I take the jacket off.

What's cooking?: Meatballs in a Tangy Plum Sauce.

I felt like making meatballs for tonight's dinner and according to my son it was the best dinner ever.
You can also serve these as an appetizer on their own.
I mixed organic ground beef with chopped onions , garlic and green peppers, I also added a mix of spices to the meat to give it more flavor, the sauce was a combination of soy sauce, plum sauce, honey, fresh ginger and Korean barbecue sauce. I sauteed broccoli cause the kids seems to eat it better than when I cook it.
